If I told you that there is an amazing ice cream that’s not only delicious but also good for you, what would you say? I admit, I was skeptical as well until our family tried Brio. This amazingly delicious ice cream has just 160-170 calories per serving, which is what you would typically find in a fruit-flavored yogurt.
Ingredients found in Brio
Did you know that the first ingredient in many ice creams is water? That’s not the case when it comes to Brio. Their very first ingredient is fresh whole milk from Wisconsin dairy farm from cows that have NOT been treated with the synthetic grown hormone r-BST. You also will not find any artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners in Brio.
Five delicious flavors
? Vanilla-Caramel
? Spring Strawberry
? Tropical Mango
? Mellow Dark Chocolate
? Coffee Latte
What makes Brio stand out from the rest
First off, Brio is certified gluten-free and non-GMO which is very important to our family. It’s also rich in antioxidants and is an excellent source of calcium, magnesium, Vitamin D, and provides all of the essential micronutrients. If that isn’t enough, it also brings to the table 6 grams of protein, 2 grams of fiber and Omega 3s.
So what about the taste
I could just say it’s amazing and leave it at that, right? I mean, it’s rich and creamy and delicious. I literally had to sneak bites from my kids containers to even get a taste. They gobbled this stuff up!
My favorite was the vanilla caramel, and with the boys the Spring Strawberry and the Tropical Mango was at the top of the list. My eight-year old said that the Tropical Mango tasted like the beach.
